If you haven’t seen the 1st video of my six-part series, please check it out before viewing this one. In it we address crucial questions: What does it mean to be “invasive”? Is there any evidence that Snakeheads are “invasive”? In this video, John and I discuss Northern Snakehead leaping ability, reproductive habits, and preferred habitats at different times of the year. I also include several videos demonstrating just how hard Snakehead are to handle that gives a glimpse into what makes them such excellent migrants! The next episode of this interview will discuss Northern Snakehead hibernation, whether or not they truly travel “over land”, and whether or not they are dangerous to humans (with one more episode to follower afterwards). If you’d like to have your photos featured on the outro reel of future videos, drop me a line at “Kambotrout” on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kambotrout/ If you have questions or comments, please let me know. A word of warning though folks: I assume that anyone commenting on this video is doing so because they have a point to make. They want to sway others to take a certain position or set of actions which they view as beneficial in some way. However, the fastest way to defeat your own goal in swaying others is this: attacking them. As soon as you attack someone, it generally deteriorates into drama and the flinging of vitriol back and forth. That’s not what I’m about. I hate drama. I don’t go fishing to find drama: I go fishing to escape it. So let’s respect one another, and find a path toward constructive conversation. Have a good one folks!
