In real estate today, licensing is more efficient, more economical and is in line with what agents want and it's a great solution, it's a simple solution for agents where they can operate their own business at a fraction of the cost of a usual real estate business and keep 100% of their fees. That's it, as simple as that. I say to people we're an overnight success after 7 years which is basically the truth. One Agency there's no restrictions. Do business the way you like to do business, what you're good at, make it enjoyable, make it profitable. The future's yours to choose. Talk to some of our members. They will tell you that there's apprehension of course and that's normal, completely normal but you'll find it's very doable, and what you're worried about now you'll look back on and think, "What was I really worried about? That wasn't as hard as I thought."
In fact the rewards far outweigh any negatives. Be a part of the revolution. Do it for yourself. This is the best thing that's happened in the real estate industry ever. Agents haven't had this opportunity before and as they become aware of it bang, the lights turn on. "This is what I want. I'd like to keep all my fees. I'd like to be my own boss. I'd like to have my own business and I'd like to do that economically."
