One Agency, it's different and we love the fact that it's different. We're licensing arrangement, not a franchise. In real estate today, licensing is more efficient, more economical and is in line with what agents want and it's a great solution, it's a simple solution for agents where they can operate their own business at a fraction of the cost of a usual real estate business and keep 100% of their fees. That's it, as simple as that.

I say to people we're an overnight success after 7 years which is basically the truth. One Agency has really taken off, it's going through the roof, it's double, more than doubled this year alone. The popularity is based on the fact that we're giving agents what they need and what they want. We work very closely with agents to maximize their income then make sure they keep as much of that income as possible so we work very closely on the bottom line, it's called profit. This is for the agent that's ready to step up. I only wish One Agency had been around 20 years ago when I was setting up business because honestly now it's a no brainer. The business of the future is simple, lightweight, effective and economical, that's what One Agency represents. I was a franchisee for 20 years, lots of restrictions, why? Who likes them? One Agency there's no restrictions. Do business the way you like to do business, what you're good at, make it enjoyable, make it profitable. The future's yours to choose. Talk to some of our members. They will tell you that there's apprehension of course and that's normal, completely normal but you'll find it's very doable, and what you're worried about now you'll look back on and think, "What was I really worried about? That wasn't as hard as I thought."

In fact the rewards far outweigh any negatives. Be a part of the revolution. Do it for yourself. This is the best thing that's happened in the real estate industry ever. Agents haven't had this opportunity before and as they become aware of it bang, the lights turn on. "This is what I want. I'd like to keep all my fees. I'd like to be my own boss. I'd like to have my own business and I'd like to do that economically."
