My name is Kate Maday. I own One Agency Maday Property in Bowral. Prior to One Agency, I was working for a small boutique company. I was looking for a company that could offer me professional systems. I'd worked previously for two major organizations and two boutique, and so with the two boutique there was no systems in place and I didn't like that. One Agency gave me all those systems in order to move forward, sell, own my own business. I didn't have to recreate the wheel with my own website or marketing, it was all done for me. I thought that the brand was unique, I thought it was different, and quite bold and it resonated with me.

One Agency is a family. It does feel like that, that we're all part of a team and we're all moving forward in the same direction of sharing and helping each other. Also if we had any queries or questions with One Agency head office they were only too happy to help us. Today at the conference you just feel part of the team, it feels really good moving forward. We are ranked as the second highest agent in Bowral at the moment, so seventeen months from starting from scratch was amazing. The goal is to be number one.
