We're coming to you today from Page's the Valley, which is located at the Legana shopping centre where they do great coffee, all day breakfast, and gourmet burgers. The reason we're coming to you today from Page's is I'm delivering to you the first edition of the Legana Market Report, where I bring to you the latest information as to what is happening right here in the heart of Legana.

There are 31 houses currently for sale in Legana, and an interesting fact is that for the whole year of 2014, there were 32 sales. The median price for Legana is currently $372,000. One Agency is ranked first out of 13 real estate agencies for Legana sales. Over the last 6 months we've sold $1.9 million of property here. One Agency Launceston's average days on market in Legana for the last 6 months is 48 days.

Our last 3 confirmed sales in Legana include 49 Nobelius Drive, which sold in 15 days for $400,000. It was on the market for 380 to 420, and we had 41 buyer inspections. 21 Fulton Street sold in 35 days for $197,000. It was on the market between 190 and 230, and we had 25 buyers through. 22 Wongarra Avenue sold in 98 days for $310. On the market at offers over 309, and we had 19 buyer inspections.
