My name's Deborah Low, and my agency is One Agency Deborah Low Property, and I'm based at Hornsby. I worked locally, and I worked for a boutique agency. I guess the difference of my expectation of culture and the management of it, we were at two different places. I guess I started getting a little bit bored with the whole thing and thinking what can I do, and looked at the One Agency model and it was very appealing. The move to One Agency has been very profitable. I guess it's very easy to work out the numbers, because obviously you're not handing forty or fifty percent back to the agency. Basically what you earn, you end up keeping the majority of it, depending on how you set up your business.

I guess there's always that slight concern and fear of getting out of your comfort zone. Also I think it was quite exciting as well, because I guess you get to a place sometimes where you're quite bored, so you're looking at taking on another challenge. I found that very exciting.

Ultimately I think it's nice to just have a total balance of your work and your life, and that's really important to me. It has been a fantastic experience for me, and I never doubted it for one moment. That would be really due to the fact of how Paul and his team were. They appeared very honest, down-to-earth, and they've certainly proven that to me. It really has been a fabulous experience for me, and not one minute of disappointment.
