My name is Craig Williams. I have One Agency Mosman. I'm working in the lower north shore area of Sydney. I came to One Agency because it really offers a really streamlined way of running a business. It's very much up to speed with regards to technology and support, getting you started. Having run a business before, that side of things was not all but important to me but I could really imagine the support that I've had in the last three months. It's probably more than I had in three years with a prior agency. The support is there when you need it. They don't swamp you with things that you don't need. Paul is a sort of person that if you ring him up and say, "I've got a problem with X." He'll help you to solve that problem and won't let it go until it's solved. Really, he's focused on getting you up to speed and operational as quickly as possible.

You've really got a choice. You can be either part of something larger and that will give you added credibility and added exposure in the market. Or you've got the opportunity of going out by yourself and just becoming your own brand. Looking at the alternative as supposed to One Agency, you are stuck into that old fashioned franchising relationship which really is one sided, I think, on the franchiser side rather than the franchisee. I think that there was really no option. If you're not going to go independent, you really need to look at something like One Agency to give you that ... it's like the clout of being with a large group but still being able to run your own shop and have an influence over how the whole operation runs. I'll have no hesitation recommending One Agency to anyone who's really motivated in making real estate their career.
