My name is Dean Harper and we are One Agency Harper Property in Launceston, Tasmania. We started in July last year so July 2012. It probably took about two to three months for us to start getting into profit and making some good headway. In hindsight that's only probably a small small amount of time so it really came quickly for us. I think definitely it's the fact that it is your own business, so everything stops and starts with how you approach business, and because I'm in it for the long run every client, every sale that I come across means a lot more for me.
