Paul:Since 2008, One Agency has attracted a very close knit family of agents who work together to grow their businesses. Our culture is inclusive and mutually supportive. We have an open forum for members to discuss business challenges and share ideas within a private Facebook page. It's a great help when you're starting out and a way to keep up with what's happening. Many agents in neighbouring areas joined together to help each other, who's sharing marketing ideas, business processes, display ads in local papers. Another member is only a phone call away. My team at head office and I area also only a phone call away.
The beauty of One Agency is that we don't hide behind our desks. We're responsive and available. We want you to grow the best business you can. We really care. I know you've heard all sorts of promises and hype over the years. You've probably been in real estate for years yourself and think you've seen and heard it all. But if you could have what our One Agency members have now, how excited would you be about your future? We hear the story all the time from our agents who have joined the One Agency Group.
One of the newer members called me recently and said, "Paul, I know you said that we would be taking home a lot more money, and I get that, but what you didn't tell me and I'm just delighted, is that I feel in control. I feel fresh and I'm really happy and it wasn't expected." I'm always so delighted to hear such stories. It's not a one of, I regularly hear similar things from our members. It's so wonderful.
Damian:
There was a lot of things that I found excellent when I did join the brand but I think the overriding thing was the camaraderie of the group, the Facebook page and being able to jump on there and ask questions and feel part of the group, that's very important for me.
Kate:
Also, if we have any queries or questions with One Agency head office, they're only too happy to help us. Today, at the conference, it feels just being part of the team, it was really good moving forward.
Bryan:
The culture would be fun, vibrant and exciting I suppose, if you could put it all into one nutshell.
Sally:
Really, what we want within One Agency is to succeed. But we also want everyone else in the whole brand to succeed. If there's something you can do to help each other, we try and do it.
