Paul Davies, the Founder & CEO of One Agency shares his experience with Ray Wood in this in-depth interview.Ray:
Hello and welcome back to the show. Paul subscribes to a philosophy that consumers are now able to access products and services for much less in the new economy, and he's right. So why not offer a high-value low-cost real estate business concept that leverages the economies of scale to create a proven operating model? In less than seven years Paul’s drive and energy has built a brand with more than 100 offices in Australia and New Zealand. His ability to sell his brand and build a great team around him makes him an aspiring leader in the new real estate economy.

I wanted to get you on the show because I'd heard a lot about what you are doing. You’ve build a brand from ground zero pretty much, so I'm interested to learn more about that. Can we get started? Can you take me back to the beginning? What was the inspiration behind One Agency?
Paul:
Sure. To be honest with you I’ve been a pretty slow learner. I’ve been in the industry since 1972 when I was 18, so this is my 44th year, and I didn't get it right for a lot of my career.
