I'm Gaven Whalley from One Agency in North Haven. I've been going for 2 and a half years now as a One Agency office. I've had 2 First National Offices in the past and took a leave of absence after I sold them off and came to One Agency because it worked.

The cost involved was a big part and the time to actually get it all right. The hardest thing in setting up any new business is knowing how to set everything out right and you want to get down to actually doing business so anything that was going to take up too much of my time, we wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel. I wanted to make it so I could just hit the ground running with a brand that had impact and I could move forward from there.

There's a certain amount of freedom that we get in the One Agency guidelines in how we run our offices which is fabulous. You're not being overseen all the time and told you can't do this and you can't do that. One Agency branding has had such an impact in the market. Everyone knows this, everyone is always commenting saying "Gaven, I'm amazed that you guys are selling so many more homes". Even though we might not be selling as many homes, it stands out to people and they're all getting really caught up with what we're doing as a One Agency brand. They're even calling us the orange people so it's quite interesting.
