Anyone who knows me knows I'm a real family man, I love my kids. They're my world, that's why I do what I do every day, that's why I get out of bed. Watching them grow up is just so important and so wonderful.

I'm very passionate that an agent must bring something to the transaction.

That was the highest price for our suburb in quite a number of years, so we were pretty impressed.

It was brilliant, and Damian worked hard for us.

Damian:
What does the agent truly do? What extra do you get by [00:02:00] using an experienced agent?

Karen:
Damian has his finger on the pulse, he knows what's going on around the community. He knows what community events are happening. He and I met when I was working in another field of employment, and Damian used to come into our office with his infectious burst of energy. That's how we met, we became friends after that.

Damian:
The support of a good team is absolutely paramount. I've worked together with Karen now for nearly five years, and we just bounce off each other so well.

Karen:
He knows what's selling, what's not, who's selling it, who's not selling it.

Speaker 3:
Damian always brought every offer to us.

Damian:
If there's something my client wants or needs, I don't need to go and check with anybody else, I make the decision there and then, trying to get the best result for my client that I can immediately without any delays.

Speaker 3:
In the end we got ten grand more than we were asking, so that was just wonderful.

Damian:
I think the biggest thing is going to be the culture of transparency that we can bring to the real estate market. We are going to operate from a basis that we're fresh, we're new, we're novel. There is no hidden agenda, it's all about getting the best result for the client. It's a complete open book. When someone is a client of One Agency, there is nothing they can't be privy to. There is no information that they will feel that they need, everything is open and available to them any time.
